CNC Internal Grinder
Description: CNC internal grinder Model IG-20 is a multi purpose machine. The diameter of the job clamping is 200mm. The diameter of the grinding bore ranges from 5 to 150 mm and the length of the grinding is 40 mm. The spindle nose is MT 4 type, spindle speed infinitely variable from 50 to 500 RPM; and has a spindle motor with power of 0.75 kW. It boxed shape body of the machine is coated with graded cast iron. The machine is provided with coolant outlet near major coolant drop and slopes in bed to flush the grinding muck. The machine is featured with workhead spindle that rotates on precision bearing with poly V belt. The infeed slide moves on antifriction guideways to provide stick slip free movement. The work table slides on precisely hand scraped guideways duly Turcite B lined with continuous lubrication. The machine occupies floor space of 1600 x 2100 and weighs approximately 2300 kg.
