Description: Compact programmable temperature controller is available in a 48 x 48 mm housing saving panel space, giving an aesthetic look. This low cost controller is available with value added user selectable control parameters replacing the ordinary low accuracy controllers. Microprocessor control provides linearisation to match sensor characteristics and auto self-calibration to enable high accuracy of 0.25% at all times over time and temperature. The input is selectable between the popular J and K type thermocouples and PT 100 type RTD, covering ranges from -99 to 999°C minimising inventory. Simple setting of set point makes it user-friendly with functions like configurable On/Off, proportional mode, hysteresis, proportional band functions and relay control action. The 3-digit display is of red LED 0.5 inch height and of high intensity that can be read from a distance. Applications include plastic processing, packaging, ovens and furnaces.
