Description: PID temperature controller, Model TC523 has a 3- digit, 7-segment LED display. The controller is available in a compact size of 48 x 48 x 100 mm. It is enclosed in a snap fitting, front loaded housing. This enables the bezel assembly with circuit boards to be removed from the housing without removing the unit from the panel or disconnecting the wiring. TC523 operates in the PID control mode for both heating and cooling, with on-demand autotune feature, which establishes the tuning constants and ensures perfect control with reduced overshoot. The controller accepts signals from temperature sensors J, K, T, R, S type thermocouples (covering a range from -199°C to 999°C) and PT100 type RTDs. Selection of temperature unit as °C & °F makes it a versatile controller. The supply voltage range of 85-270 V AC/DC ensures proper operation in fluctuating supply conditions typically found in India. It also upgrades to both 110V and 220V supplies, making it globally compatible. 24V AC/DC supply voltage models are also available. The output is provided through 2 C/O (DPDT) relay having a rating of 10 A.
