Contamination Control Breathers M-series
Description: Air contamination control sentry breathers are a unique, patented air filter and vapour removal system. These control breathers replace the standard breather or vent cap on virtually all types of industrial equipment, storage tanks, and transformers. They prevent destructive contaminants from entering fluid reservoirs and tanks as air is breathed in and out due to thermal expansion or fluid level changes. Fluid contamination is one of the primary causes of component wear and lubricant failure in industrial equipment. Models are available to meet the requirements of most industrial applications. These offer protection for all enclosed fluid systems; remove water vapour and abrasive particles; reduce component wear; prolong fluid life; and reduce maintenance costs. Applications are for reservoirs, gearboxes, transformers and storage tanks. M-Series breathers: There are five models in this group of M-Series steel breathers and they are designed for applications in very severe environments such as high temperatures, situations where a breather can be hit or stepped on, or where there is a corrosive atmosphere.
