Description: Custom Made Soft Vinyl Products are used for tool tip protection, dust proof, packing, color identification and insulation applications. It is provided with any size, shape and color, ranging from small protective caps to big shrouds. The soft vinyl caps can be produced in any size and wall thickness from 0.5 to 3.5 mm. These products have hardness of 30-80 shore A and can be provided in high as well as low temperature grades with excellent thermal and electrical insulations. The damage caused due to sharp corners is avoided using corner protection caps. The material is useful for heavy, continuous and reliable applications along with glossy smooth finish, soft feather touch and seamless finish.
