Description: Dosing, metering and diaphragm pump is a precise volumetric control metering pump for feeding, measurement and control system. It has a positive return turn type plunger and the flow can be adjusted from 0 to 100% while the pump is running or at rest by changing the stroke. Reciprocating motion to achieve fluid control is by setting micrometric manual adjustment or pneumatic or electrical actuators. Metering pumps are available for unlimited applications which are ideal to dose liquids, foams, suspensions, dispersions, melts, gases that are harmless, abrasive, toxic, aggressive and viscous. There are various models, which can meter/dose 2 LPH to 15000 LPH against maximum discharge pressure of 700 kg/cm2 at low or high temperature. Features include high accuracy, totally enclosed, water and dust proof housing, wide capacity range from few ml/hr to 15,000 ltr/hr and discharge pressure up to 700 kg/cm2, fully automatic lubrication.
