Description: Diaphragm (Edge Welded) Bellows are produced by Bhastrik Mechanical Labs Private Limited. We manufacture bellows & also specialise in allied and downstream products. One such product is diaphragm bellows, most often referred to as edge welded bellows. The process consists of design of the ripples, formation of ripples giving allowance for spring back, welding IDs and assembling by welding ODs on a mandrel. All these activities are carried out in controlled atmosphere. The advantage of diaphragm bellows over convoluted bellows is that the linearity of this bellows is very high, which means movements could be very accurately linear for very large cycles. In addition, small movements could be achieved for very small variations too. Hence these bellows find applications in aerospace industries, electrical and electronics components, flexible couplings, medical equipment, pressure & temperature gauges, sealing applications & vacuum applications. The materials used to manufacture are austenitic grades of SS, exotic metals like hastelloy and inconels. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company.
