Description: Edge Welded Diaphragm Bellows of ripple type are manufactured by our company. It is made up of stainless steel AM350 and exotic metals including Hastelloy C-276 and Inconel 600, 625 or 718, in sizes ranging from minimum of 12 mm ID to 175 mm OD. The precision-formed diaphragms are edge welded by micro plasma welding using special fixtures to prevent uneven stress build up. The thickness of diaphragms varies between 0.127 mm and upward 0.30 mm.
