Description:
Gas Chromatograph includes key components: flow controller, a sample introduction device, column, oven, detectors and data handling system. A powerful and widely used combination is used to couple a GC to a mass spectrometer to form a GC/MS system. A mass spectrometer measures the molecular weight of a compound to provide data for both quantitation and qualitative identification. It usually provides greater sensitivity and far more specificity than most other LC detectors. Chemtron Science Lab's produces gas chromatograph. Both gas and liquid samples may be analysed on this unit. Samples can be introduced through sampling valves or syringe. A complete selection of valves for back flush, heart cut through column switching, as well as series/by-pass operations are available, up to three valves, manually or pneumatically actuated may be installed. A heated valve housing is also available for high temperature gas/liquid analysis applications.
