Description: Gear rolling tester has been designed to provide an efficient means of conforming dimensional accuracy for repetitive gear inspection operations. Gear rolling tester is useful for checking total composite error, tooth to tooth error, PCD run out, backlash, for spur, bevel and worm gears. The equipment consists of a solid and robust machine base, which carries two measuring slides, one slide is movable and another floating. Floating slide consists of high precision flat cage bearings and ensures maximum accuracy and repeatability. Inaccuracies can be observed on dial indicator and the actual centre difference is observed on a vernier scale. The gear mounting standard arbors are available with the equipment. The column is fitted with the lever assembly to enable user to mount the shaft gears between centres.
