Hard Anodising Process
Description: Hard Anodising Process involves hard anodizing on aluminium components. Anohard layer is a ceramic like layer developed by anodic oxidation process in a cool electrolyte specially formulated for hard anodizing. This protects aluminium components and makes it corrosion resistant and adhesion with base material. It renders high thermal and electrical insulation; non-sticking surface-easy cleaning and good antifriction. It forms a layer of 30 to 60 microns thickness. It is used in variety of applications that includes: textile machinery parts, pulleys, rollers, winding drums, bobbins; pneumatic cylinders; automotive parts, compressor parts, impellers, turbine parts; data processing machinery parts; aluminium piston valves, nozzles, camera parts; medical instruments, surgical instruments; food handling and processing machinery parts; pharmaceutical processing machinery parts; defense industries; and household items, heating plates and pressing iron bodies.
