Description: ANOHARD - Hard Anodising Process is meant for aluminum component. The ANOHARD is ceramic like layer formed by anodic oxidation process in a cool electrolyte specially formulated for hard anodising. This layer formed renders a non-sticking surface easy for cleaning, excellent adhesion with base material and high thermal & electrical insulation. This layer formed has the thickness of 30 to 60 microns. This process is implemented on applications like textile machinery parts, pulleys, rollers, winding drums, bobbins; pneumatic cylinders; automotive parts, compressor parts, impellers, turbine parts, data processing machinery parts; aluminium piston valves, nozzles, camera parts; medical instruments, surgical instruments; food handling and processing machinery part; defense industries; and house hold items, heating plates, pressing and pressing iron bodies.
