Description: Precimaster is a throwaway head reamer, simple in design, effective, accurate, modular and adjustment free and available in sizes from 0 4 to 60 mm. / 415. Composed of a body and a removable head, the clamping system guarantees high precision and the repeatability required to achieve H7 tolerance, and offers three possible lead geometries, combined with four different grades. Everything has been designed for the highest performance. Optimised lead geometry achieves good surface finish and chip control. A choice of four grades offers the best possible performance in all material groups at optimised cutting conditions. The precimaster clamping system is reliable and guarantees repeatability. It allows an accurate repositioning of the cutting head to achieve H7 tolerance. Clamping/ unclamping screw is located on the side of the tool body. It is easy to change the reaming head without removing the tool from the spindle.
