Description: SG Series Helical Gear Pump is a foot mounted CI gear pump. It is used in handling different kind of viscous liquids such as lube oil, furnace oil, LDO, HSD, vegetable oil and castor oil. In addition to the above liquids the pump can handle glue, liquid wax, molasses and printing inks. It comes with single helical gears and has modified teeth profile, hardened & ground shafts, self-lubricating ultra bronze bushes and built in pressure relief valve. It is available in capacity range of 20 LPM to 500 LPM. It can operate up to max pressure of 10 kg/cm2 and temperatures up to 80?C. The company also provides a modified version for high temperature application that can handle liquids up to temperature of 250?C. It is provided with special Teflon based Z Pac sealant to ensure zero leakage. Stainless steel pumps made from SS 304, 316 and SS 316 L materials are also available for corrosive liquid application.
