Description: AENX Series, Rotary Gear Pumps is used for pumping and transferring of heavy fuel oils like FO, LSHS, HSD, LDO, crude petroleum, wax slurries, starch solutions and glue. It is a double helical gear pump with flanged connections. The standard construction of pump is in CI with optional availability in cast steel and SS. These pumps are self priming pump with flanged inlet/outlet. These pumps have double helical herringbone gears of alloy steel with nitriding double spring type in-built pressure relief valve for effective by passing and imported needle roller bearings with availability of external or internal lubrication. The pump is available in sizes ranging from ½' to 6' and have the capacity ranging from 0.5 to 125 m3/hr. The normal range of pressure is 12 kg/cm2 and viscosity is 1,00,000 CST. The company also produces simple design CI gear pumps for oil transfer, flange mounted pumps for OEMs and investment casting stainless steel pump for handling corrosive chemicals, acids, dyes and food products.
