High-pressure Die-casting Dies For Aluminium
Description: High-pressure die-casting dies are offered for aluminium. The die maximum dimensions are 120″ x 80″, for a maximum die weight of 65 tonnes. Four fully automatic die casting machines are used for the die sampling and for small batches of production: 800, 1100, 2700 and 4200 metric tonnes. The sampled pieces can be measured with 3D measuring machines and a detailed checking report is provided for the final acceptance.
