Description: Electric Wire Rope Hoist under the brand name of Elmech has 0.5 tonne to 50 tonne capacity and has maximum height of lift of 200 metres. The hoists are featured with fullproof electro mechanical brakes operating on conical rotor motor principles. These hoists are available in four basic arrangements - fixed mounted type, push pully trolley type, hand operated trolley type and motor driven trolley type. These hoists have high torque, crane duty, 40% CDF, Class 'F' insulated conical motors suitable for 150 starts/hour. The hoist is used for outdoors location, hoists with driver's cabin, twin hoist for exceptionally high height of lift or high hoisting speeds. The hoist can be featured with micro speed attachment in hoisting motion as well as cross traversing motion to reduce the original speed to 15% or 10%. These hoists are built are per IS: 3938-1983 conforming to class I, II, III, IV heavy-duty specification.
