Independent Four-Jaw Lathe Chuck features KIC brand independent lathe chucks that are manufactured specially for heavy-duty and rigid gripping. Bodies of graded casting are made from selected materials. Brinell-hardness is kept to the standard ratio. Finishing is done throughout the body. Every chuck, after completion is put on test. A dial indicator tests the gripping of jaws. The round back and front surfaces of body are ground for accurate running. Each and every step of jaws is ground to precision, accurate and for exact holding. Every jaw is checked with the micrometer under specialized supervision regularly. The parts of the chuck are interchangeable.
