Indexing Cylinder for Precise Positioning/Lifting of Pallet Holders can absorb a lateral force of 1500 N. The indexing cylinder serves for exact positioning or lifting of pallet holders. For machining, component placement or assembly of the work-piece on the pallet holder is required. The piston rod has an 8H7 borehole on the upper side for mounting index bolts. This is available in 6 different versions. These can be ordered additionally, depending on the application and pallet holder. It is possible to integrate two electronic switches on the front of the device, which scan the upper and lower position of the piston rod. These switches are mounted on a T-slot so that they can be adjusted in variables.
