Indexing Head is a precision accessory for milling, jig boring, surface grinding, drilling machines, and for other tool room applications. This universal indexing head can be used for holding components either between centers, three jaw chuck or a collets adaptor, MT4 spindle taper and 24 indexing. BRUIN 100 is rigid in construction and consists of closerained, heavy-duty cast iron housing & body. The main spindle is hardened and ground. Optional accessories include MT4 collets adaptor, 3-jaw self-centering chuck, and with back plate. Standard accessories include MT4 dead center and a tail stock. The specifications include: centre height measuring 100 mm, overall height is 230 mm, overall length is 240 mm, overall vertical height of 285 mm, and the overall length with tail stock is 560 mm. The spindle taper is an MT-4 spindle. The spindle through bore measures 16 mm. The head includes angular tilting of 90°, angular least count of I, clamping slot size of 16 mm, tenon slot size -of14/16 mm, and direct indexing of 24. The dimension of the base area is 210 x 135 mm, weight with chuck approximately weighs 35 kg and the weight without chuck is approximately 25 kg.
