Description:
Bruih-135 is a precision accessory for milling, jig boring, surface grinding, drilling machines, and other tool room applications. This universal indexing head can be used for holding components either between centres, three jaw chuck or a collets adaptor, MT4 spindle taper and 24 indexing. Bruih-135 is rigid in construction, consists of a close-grained, heavyduty cast iron housing and body. The main spindle is hardened and ground. Optional accessories include: an MT4 collets adaptor, a 3-jaw self-centring chuck and a back plate. It has standard accessories like an MT4 dead centre and a tail stock. Specifications: It has a centre height of 135 mm, overall height of 260 mm, overall length of 350 mm and overall vertical height of 385 mm. The overall length with tail stock measures 610 mm. The type of the spindle taper is MT-4 with a spindle through bore of 25 mm, angular tilting of 90° and an angular least count of 1o. The clamping slot size measures16 mm and the tenon slot size measures 14/16 mm. It has 24 direct indexing and a base area of 225 x 150 mm. The weight with chuck is approximately equal to 45 kg and the weight without chuck is approximately equal to 35 kg.
