Description: Inverted Metallurgical Microscope, Model RMM-1, has been designed for the requirements of modern metallurgical laboratories. Time-tested inverted design is the most logical and practical for a metallurgical microscope. A special feature of the inverted design is flat unobstructed stage surface, which places no limitation on the side and height of the specimen. It in involves simply placing the specimen, face down on the stage, switch on the illuminator, rotate the required objective into position. All components of the illuminating system are completely built-in and remain permanently aligned. The microscope has built-in camera mechanism incorporated within, to take the pictures of the specimen. The quadruple revolving nosepiece offers rapid change of magnification. Parfocal objectives keep the images in focus only by a slight adjustment of fine focus control.
