Our Series 7260DN Stik Level Sensor combines the reliability and resolution of magnetostrictive continuous level sensing with the unique stik sensor packaging, and adds the flexibility of DeviceNet communications, all in a single device. The magnetostrictive technology is the same as used in other AMETEK APT level probes, proven in such demanding applications as leak detection in underground petrochemical tanks. Our 2900 Float Switches are most commonly used in sewage tanks or basins, or chemical applications. These pictures are equipped in the 3 float pumping application, typical for a multiple float switch system, the 3 floats control the levels in the tank by turning "ON" or "OFF" as the fluid levels rise or fall.
