Description: High Speed Automatic Label over Printing Machine is used by pharmaceuticals, foods, pesticides, agro, cosmetic, distilleries, beverages, chemicals and packing industries. The uniformly cut labels are stacked on the inclined magazine and the power is switched on. The blank labels are automatically picked up from the magazine and placed on the rotating wheel. The oscillating ink rollers make certain that the ink spreads evenly on the printing block. There is a rubber friction insert which engages the label, feeding in out to a point where the timing chain carries the labels through the machine and under the printing block. The machines is provided with features like counting arrangement, automatic feeding, accurate registration, neat and clean printing and compact size for easy shifting. The speed of the machine is 125 / 180/ 250 per min, depending upon the label shape and size. The overall dimension of the machine is 407 mm X 812 mm X 407 mm and its weight is 85 KGS approximately.
