Description: Wallet Dispensing Machine, JE/WCM/07/01 is specially developed for the dispensing wallets, catch covers and plastic bags. It's double track give perfect liner guide to the wallets. During dispensing, one can print them out by the inkjet printer. It is for proper and fast counting of wallets within wide range in sizes and thickness. The changeover from one size of wallet to another size of wallet will take only few minutes. It is electrically driven and thus is very fast as well as very quiet and smooth in operation. The general dimension of this machine is width of 635 mm, length of 990 mm, height of 508 mm; wallet range of 228 x 204 mm (maximum), 150 x 150 mm (minimum). The net weight of this machine is 88 kg approx and comprises of main gear motor of 400/440 volts, 3 phases, and 50 cycles. It is provided with AC drive for fine speed adjustment and simple, easy operation and automatic wallet feeding mechanism for single wallet delivery. Optional features like pre-set digital counting with fiber optic sensor; and inject printing facility are also provided with this machine. This machine is used by pharmaceuticals, latex, foods and pesticides industries.
