Spindle Oils are high-quality, paraffinic oils designed to lubricate high-speed machine elements. They are ideal lubricants for many machine tool spindles, especially grinders. Spindle oils are used for sewing machines and textile mills. They are designed for the lubrication of spinning & twisting spindles and rings & high-speed bearings.

Straight Thread Fittings are used on most cars and trucks and many industrial machines. Its maximum pressure is 8000psi.

Suspension Fluid consists of 2 g/1 polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 1-5 g/1 each of sodium chloride (nacl) and ammonium thiocyanate in doubly distalled water. The suspension fluid was M/15 phosphate buffer & ph 7.0, temperature 30°C. The suspension fluid consists of 49 percent water, 49 percent alcohol, I percent rust inhibitor and I percent of unpleasant additive.

Synthetic Compressor Fluids are formulated using 100% synthetic hydrocarbon and ester basestocks with specially designed additives for long-lasting lubrication. Synthetic compressor fluids are used as lubricants in rotary screw, reciprocating and vacuum compressor/pump applications.

Synthetic Diesel Oil is prepared by blending a coal coking byproduct 70-85% with an ignition promoter. Synthetic diesel oil is suitable for use in high cold area and prepared by mixing heavy benzol as main raw material with an appropriate amount of kerosene & acetane number modifier. Synthetic diesel oil is produced from natural gas and forest raw materials. A fully synthetic diesel oil formulated to extend engine life while providing for extended drain capability and improved fuel economy.

Synthetic Gear Lubricants permits wide range multigrade blending capability. They are compatible with conventional seal materials used in drive axles and transmissions. Synthetic gear lubricants are more oxidation resistant and thermally stable than mineral oil gear lubricants. They also maintain a stable viscosity over wider temperature range. These synthetic gear lubricants contain rust and corrosion inhibitors, EP additives, demulsifiers, antifoam agents and solid lubricants. Synthetic gear lubricants are used at temperature ranges of -46o up to 125oC. Synthetic lubricants have a higher viscosity index, improved thermal and oxidation resistance.

Synthetic hydraulic oils feature improved oxidation resistance, thermal stability, and viscosity control over wider temperature ranges than conventional hydraulic fluids. These are used to transmit power in hydraulic equipment and power transmission applications.

Synthetic lubricating fluid is a premium quality full synthetic lubricant designed to provide lubrication at temperatures ranging from -25°C to those over 270°C, where petroleum lubricants are unable to function. It is excellent for lubrication of equipment operating at elevated temperatures such as oven chains, motors, anti-friction bearings, paint curing & drying ovens, and low loading gear boxes.

Synthetic motor oils are composed of two major components: a base stock, which typically 100% petroleum, consists of a wide range of long- and short-chain hydrocarbons along with additives for cleaning, preventing corrosion, and reducing wear. It uses man-made polymers rather than petroleum as a base stock. It provides lubrication for the internal working of gasoline- and diesel- powered engines used in vehicles such as motorcycles, automobiles, trucks and trains.

Tapping lubricants are high quality petroleum based machining lubricant. It is specifically designed for aluminum and other soft metals. It is a high performance cutting fluid that will not stain and darken such metals during machining processes. It reduces friction at point of contact by depositing a protective oily film, which clings to machine tools. Excellent dimensional control and smooth thread finish are achieved as tools and parts are kept cool and well lubricated.

Thermic fluids are also called heat transfer oils. It is used for transfering heat energy from haet source to the required vessel where the heat energy is used. Some heat transfer oils are mineral oils derived from petroleum. There are different grades of heat transfer oils based on the temperature at which they are to be used. Chemically they are hydrocarbon mixtures.

Thread-Forming Fittings have special tapered drive threads to reshape the material in an untapped hole to provide a leak proof seal. They are installed by spinning into the untapped hole, but driven straight into the untapped hole. These can be replaced by any standard threaded fittings and another thread-forming fitting. Its maximum pressure is 8,000 psi.
