Machine Mounts For Vibration Protection
The machine mounts are offered by Machine House. The surrounding vibration on CMMs is insulated by high efficient membrane air springs. The level controller (mechanical pneumatics valves) maintains a level accuracy of ±1/100 mm automatically even while the loading changes. Membrane air spring insulator - BiAir has wide range of applications in vibration sensitive measuring and testing machine, laser scales, optical, electronic as well as medical equipments. Another range of application is the vibration-insulated foundation of vehicle motor and other performance testers. The machine mounts are available in nine different sizes from BiAir 0.15 to 5 ED and load in the range of 65 kg/piece to 15500 kg/piece. It is not required to make an isolated foundation if Bi-Air membrane air springs are used for the installation of CMMs.
