Description: Precision Wedge Mounts, Series PKA, Bolt-On are offered by Machine House in collaboration with Bilz Schwinungstechnik GmbH, Germany. Our product range covers a wide range of applications from isolation of a forging hammer with isolating plate sets to air spring systems that protect highly sensitive machines in the semi-conductor industry. Range of application: our precision wedge mounts PKA are used where a firm mounting with the machine is required. Preferably on machines with a high axial thrust such as diecasting machines, injection moulding machines, shock testing machines and cold extrusion presses. PKA I up to 40 (insulating plate BO) - lathes, horizontal drilling machines, surface & cylindrical grinders, machining centres; PKA I up to 4-4 (insulating plate B4) - milling & drilling machines, printing and packing machines; and PKA 1 up to 4-32 (insulating plate B32) - power presses, injection moulding & other plastic machines.
