Profile: Macrotron Systems, Inc. is a complete service electronics assembly and test specialist, focusing on memory products. We deal with PCB assemblies, systems build/integration, rapid prototyping, BGA re-work & re-balling, testing, pad printing, laser marking, ultrasonic welding and data pre-loading. Our electronic assembly services range from surface mount (SMT) and through-hole (TH) technology printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, to panel assembly and complete box build products. We provide contract laser engraving and laser cutting services. We have a number of robotic ultrasonic welding stations. Our in-house tool room can custom build the custom fixtures required for the products to ensure accurate and long lasting welds. We also provide systems build/integration service in high mix upper level, and final level assembly programs.
