Description: Material Testing Machine Model MTM-1 XXXM is widely used in applications for testing and measuring different materials like springs, rubber, plastic, wires and cables, assembled components and parts. It is microprocessor-based equipment. By putting the material under the influence of force, the machine enables testing of different characteristics like - strength, compressibility and hardness depending on the nature of material. It is provided with online display of force-vs-displacement graph on computer screen. It allows comparison of actual curve with master curve, data storage in user defined files, off-line view of stored data, 'Auto detect' function to allow automatic positioning of load bar, setting limits of force and displacement taking colored printouts of reports. It is supported with features like automatic nulling at starting point, zoom function to focus a part of curve, and much more along with motorised test stands fitted with load cell, displacement encoder and loading bar displacement transducers and circuits. It is incorporated with simple motorised test stands with digital load and displacement indicators. The machine is supported with an application software mTest to operate it with computer. The DeskJet printer is used to generate the test report that contains the material data, and graphic result of testing.
