Description: Mechanical Gripper Feeders are perfect solutions for feeding strips on medium/high speed presses. These feeders have round guides with linear ball bushings. The feeders have the capability to mount to any type of press. The feeder renders an accuracy of ? 0.025 mm with mechanical pilot synchronization. The pitch length of the feeders can be easily set and all adjustments are easily reachable. It has quick opening of the gripper for the strip insertion. It allows the release of the fixed gripper for die piloting in order to obtain an accurate positioning at high speed. The feeders are supported with adjustment for various thicknesses by means of knuckled knobs placed at the upper part of the feed.
