Precision Straightener
Description: Precision Straightener is used to attain higher degree, of flatness and larger thickness range for straightening. Each of the straightening rolls has a set of back-up rolls that prevents roll deflection. These straighteners are mainly used for high speed presses. The straighteners are optionally provided with openable top blank. These straightners have two sets of pinch rolls both at entry and exist for larger pull at high speeds. The high speed feeding is controlled by control panel with AC frequency variable drive.
