Membrane Cleaner is designed for cleaning of membranes. It dilutes quickly and easily to form a solution that vigorously releases membrane foulants without harming the membrane surface, rinses quickly & completely, reducing cleaning time, a regular maintenance program with this membrane cleaners ensures optimum system performance, available in powder form, works at lesser dosages, low foam formation and biodegradable. It is used in applications such as memclean 803 is a highly effective cleaning agent, which disperses the silica, metal silicates, microbial fouling and iron fouling organic matters effectively there by improving the cleanliness of the membranes resulting in the plant to operate at the design parameters. The dosage will depend on system conditions and nature of the problem. Suggested dilution is up to 0.5-3% concentration.
