Description: Model DMCLS-2800 Single Phase Motorised Compact Lubrication Unit is a compact instrument with a transparent polycarbonate reservoir. It is equipped with metering injectors, manifolds and other fittings & tubings and is most applicable for intermittent single shot lubrication. It is single phase electric motor driven fitted with standard accessories like suction strainer, relief valve, pressure gauge, pressure reducing valve, bleed valve and oil filler cum breather. During 'ON' time the oil is discharged under pressure. A pressure relief valve is incorporated in the line to safeguard the pump against overloading. The minimum oil level could be determined by fitting a vertical type of float switch. It is used for providing lubrication for textile machines, printing, packaging machines, and machine tools automatically. The capacity of reservoir is 2.8 liters. The general specifications of the unit includes the following motor: 0.09 KW, rating: 220V AC, RPM: 1340 (Syn), pump discharge: 0.75 Lpm and pressure setting: 10-12 Kg/cm².
