Description: Radial lubricator is meant to discharge metered amount of oil/grease from different plunger pumps incorporated in a common body. Each plunger pump delivers oil/grease at a high pressure to the respective lubrication point independently. Multiline lubricator consists of a single pumping station having a number of pumping elements & assemblies placed radially and fitted onto the outer periphery of the housing. The number of pumping elements can be increased or decreased according to the requirement of customer. The pump elements are actuated by a cam. Cam is rotated by a speed reduction drive coupled to an electric motor. Since the cycle/dose of the pump is adjustable, the multiline lubricator can have pump elements of different cycle/dose. An adjusting screw is provided in each pump element in order to carry out cycle/dose adjustment in-situ position also. Reservoir, which stores the grease, is provided with a reflector plate, inside which during the rotation of cam grease stirs continuously. A port in the front side of the housing is provided for filling grease into the reservoir. The system has the capability for continuous running. However, these types of lubricators are run intermittently through controller where 'On' time is a parameter for running the lubricator while off time is idle.
