Providing more than 300 barpressure for grease lubrication, Multipoint motorised grease lubricator (MMPGL) by Cenlub Systems has a proven track record with installation across industry - forging hammers, crushers, sugar plant, paper mill, cement plant, steel mill, rolling mill, sponge iron plant. The main element of MMPGL is a pumping unit. Multiple pumping units are put on the periphery of the housing. Each pumping unit leads to a supply line for lubrication. Quantity of lubricant required for each lubrication point is metered at each pumping unit. An MMPGL can have up to 24 pumping unit with a dose adjustment from 0.05 cc/stroke to 0.25 cc/stroke. Each pumping element of the MMPGL provides positive delivery and suction stroke by movement of cam. The pressure developed by the pumping units is sufficient to pump the lubricant and overcome the back pressure. These pumping units are plunger type, which gets the reciprocating motion with the help of a cam. A stirrer coupled with the camshaft helps in minimising air trapping and results in positive suction of grease. The cam rotates at a suitable rpm with the help of an electric motor in conjunction with a gearbox. The drive for the cam can also be taken from a machine shaft. For lubrication cycle at long intervals, manual version is also available.
