Description: PnGP series of Pneumatic Grease Pumps are used for automatic grease lubrication of bearing and other moving parts of machines. The pump reservoir is constructed using transparent acrylic or mild steel. The follower plate will ensure the tale rod's dual function: guarantees positive suction of grease by preventing air pockets, and indicates grease level in the reservoir. A simple principle of dead weight in airtight environment eliminates the need of spring. Grease filling port (¼ inches BSP) is provided on the front side of the pump. The grease filling pumps are recommended to use manual grease filling option in order to prevent grease contamination. The progressive blocks ensure grease distribution to lube points. This makes sure the positive distribution to all lube points and provides feedback in case of any blockages. PnGP Series with adjustable dose is also available for grease dispensing during assembly of bearing assemblies and other assemblies. PnGP series pneumatic grease pumps are extensively used on calendaring machines, mixing machines, rolling mills, bending machines, and furnaces.
