Description: Optibelt Alpha linear ZS belts come with easy-to-handle lock connection for the opening and closing of long belts permiting cleaning of dirty belts at regular intervals with high pressure equipment and appropriate solvents. There is a need to remove, clean and reinstall the elements into the system and the timing belts fit in aptly.The special characteristic lies in the handling and flexibility with regard to belt width, lock length and number of individual belt fingers, which are cut with a water jet. All these parameters can be adjusted to requirements. The simplicity of this connection permits manufacture of even small quantities. In order to guarantee stability of the locks that is adjusted to the basic belt, these connectors start from the timing profile AT 10 and the smallest thread M3.
