Precision Welding & Fabrication specializes in providing Fabrication and Erection Services. Our services include, but are not limited to, full service Fabrication and Installation of Process Piping, Oil & Gas Fabrication, and Structural Steel. We fabricate to ASME, API, and AWS fabrication standards. We also offer In-house Drawings, Hydro-testing, Pipe Supports, and Skid Units. In addition, we are equipped with an Alloy shop that specializes in Stainless Steel Piping, Alloy 20 Piping, Hastalloy, Duplex Stainless and various other Alloys. We serve a wide range of industries such as Oil & Gas, Defense, and Petro-chemical industries.

We can do Handrails, Pipe Supports, Ornamental Iron, Rolled Pipes, Tubing, Channels, Angles, and Architectural Designs. We offer Painting, Powder Coating, and Galvanizing services. We also offer all types of Sheet Metal Products.

The pipeline industry is moving towards higher strength pipe. Higher strength pipe increases capacity and operating pressure. Field fabrication of X-70 or any type of pipe or structural fabrication is extremely inefficient and more often causes construction delays and becomes very costly. In comparison, shop fabrication significantly reduces construction cost and timelines. In shop submerged arc welding fabrication offers increased weld speed, higher weld quality along with working in a controlled environment to ensure our customers meet their deadlines and budget. The cost of making changes in the shop verses the field are significantly less.

Alloy 20 Piping

Alloy 20 is a Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum stainless steel alloy used in severe, corrosive environments. It was originally developed for applications involving sulfuric acid, but can be used for a wide variety of applications. Alloy 20 resists acids and has exceptional stress and corrosion resistance. A Scrubber Duct was fabricated and trial fitted in our shop for a refinery. The material of choice for the duct is Alloy 20.
