Description: Quick Die/Mold Change with Precision Rollers feature low friction precision rollers with two (SKF ZZ) bearings have a height variation within 0.3 mm, due to point/line contacts of dies or molds on few rollers. One person can push/pull weight up to 2500 kg and two persons can push/pull up to 6000 kg. The rollers increase production by reducing the die loading-unloading time, and the dies & molds move on two rows of low friction precision rollers easily by pushing or pulling. The space is saved by storing dies and molds in one or two tier racks. Die handling is made easy with the die cart/hydraulic trolley and these rollers have no fork lift, no cranes, no fuel or driver expenses and no running cost. These are manufactured to suit any die/mold sizes & weights and short pay back period (important factor), as production increases by changing the dies in few minutes causing no recurring expenses.
