Description: Zero-Low Heavy Scissor Lifts include hydraulic operated features. The unique feature of the zero-low lift is that the deck of the lift lowers to ground level, which significantly improves the versatility and ergonomics by ease of operation. The load can be rolled on to the lift platform without the use of a ramp or a costly pit installation. The unit can be used on any level surface and it can raise heavy load to the desired height. The new series of lifts are now available in 500-10000 kg capacities and also in higher capacities like 2000, 3000 and 4000 kg. The deck sizes range from 50" to 72" wide and 48" to 192" long. The vertical lift is available from ground level to 120" height. The units are built of heavy duty steel welded construction for industrial use. The dual scissor lifting mechanism is synchronized by the mechanical torsion bar for level and uniform lifting. The lifting action is operated by hydraulic cylinders, equipped with corrosion proof, chrome-plated shafts for smooth operation. To prevent overloading, the unit is equipped with a pressure relief valve. Options available are manual hydraulic hand pump where infrequent operation is required, 110V single phase or 220/440V and 3-phase, AC operated.
