Self-Priming Mud/Sewage Pumps
Description: Single stage, horizontal, centrifugal, self-priming, end suction coupled, mud/sewage pumps are of non-clog type designed for higher efficiency with semi open type hand finished impeller for perfect smooth flow. Heavy duty, in-built volute, having self-priming features is cast integrally with the base from close-grained CI casting. Further dynamically balanced rotating parts and selected top quality material and precision workmanship provide longer working life. These are best suited for applications where self-priming action is required such as pumping water from docks, ports, vessels, pumping petroleum products, chemicals, effluent-water, filter press, dewatering foundations, trenches and pits and sewage pumping. The mud/ sewage pumps are available in various capacities and different models suiting permanent fixation, supporting on a trolley and for mounting right on the chassis of the mobile tanker into which the sludge/sewage is required to be sucked. In the latter option the pump can be made to run with the same engine, which is moving the tanker. These are repairable, without disturbing the pipelines.
