Description: Vacuum Pressure Blowers/Turbine Blowers can replace the ordinary blowers. The turbine blowers are used when large and forceful suction and pressure capabilities are required in agitation of chemicals. These blowers are also useful for electroplating, bubbling air through liquid, dust collecting, vacuum cleaning, effluent treatment and pneumatic conveying. These are maintenance free and noiseless because of zero friction and minimum vibration. These blowers are completely wear and tear free as no two parts rub each other and hence economical too. These blowers are capable of doing big jobs with less power. The main assembly of the blower comprise of dynamically balanced multi bladed impeller that is made to revolve at a very high speed in a specially designed stator cum compression chamber having very fine clearances between them. The impeller is fitted directly on bearing mounted shaft of a superior quality flanged electric motor. The suction and pressure ports are so placed on the outer periphery of the stator so that these cause no impedance to the airflows of either suction or pressure. Since there is absolutely no friction between any two parts of the blower, no lubrication is required and consequently the pressurized air or vacuum generated by the machine is 100% oil free.
