Description: Self-lubricated Bushes/Elements are made from bronze with embedded non-liquid materials. It does not require any maintenance; has high load bearing capacity and high wear resistance. The pockets containing the non-liquid lubricant occupy 25-30 per cent of the bearing surface providing a self-lubrication film of graphite on the wear surface. The lubricant deposits are arranged in staggered geometrical patterns, thus insuring optimal lubrication effect along the sliding motion. It is most suitable for high load and slow speed operation and is compatible with most viscous lubrication.
