Vertical Pressure Leaf Filter
We are engaged in the production of vertical pressure leaf filter, which is used for the filtration of liquids with suspended solid contents upto 7%. The leaf filter is used in applications such as resins, winterisation, fatty acid, crude oil and glucose. Dry or wet cake discharge is possible. The filtration area range upto 120m2.
Horizontal Pressure Leaf Filter
We produce horizontal pressure leaf filter that features horizontal pressure vessel, filter leaves, pneumatic vibrator assembly, bottom structure housing, hydraulic power pack for bonnet ring opening/closing and shell or bundle retraction. The filter leaves are mounted on a central outlet manifold with perfect ‘O’ ring sealing. The filtration areas range from 2m2 to 200m2. We use materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel with rubber, PP, PVDF lining, Monel, inconel.
Filter Elements
We manufacture a range of filter elements for vertical or horizontal pressure leaf filters for variety of sizes and variety of makes. Filters elements are manufactured with 5 layer or 3 layer design, riveted or bolted depending on the requirements.
Candle Filter
We produce candle filter that consists of candle shaped filter elements made out of Equi-Diameter pipes. The filter is covered with filter hose in polypropylene, Polyester, Nylon or PVDF. Candle filter is used in applications such as polyols, pesticides, edible oil and catalyst filtration. Filtration & cake formation takes place under the pressure.
Polishing Filters
We offer Single & Multi bag Polishing Filters, which are used for post filtration. Filter bags used are PP, PPS, Polyester Polyamide or special material depending on process conditions.
Level Leaf Filter
We supply level leaf filter that are used for polishing filtration in post filtration stage to trap the fine particles from the filtrate of main filter. The filters are available from 2m2 up to 15m2.
Tabular Centrifuge
Sharplex produces Tabular Centrifuge, which is a high speed solid bowl type machine continuous separation of two immiscible liquids with density difference. It is used in applications such as pharma, chemical, paint and edible oil industries.
Rotary Brush Strainer
We offer Rotary Brush Strainer that features self cleaning continuous separation of solids from liquids. Changeable filter elements and V-write element up to 5 micron can be used. Strainers serve industries such as pharma, lacquers, printing ink filtration and toothpaste filtration industries.

Rotary Vacuum Drum Filters
Our Rotary Vacuum Drum Filters features continuously rotating drum with number of compartments connected with conduits to convey filtrate to receiver, trough to hold the crystallised slurry as well as specially designed valve for separation of filtrate, drying and dislodging the cake by scrapper.
Horizontal Plate Closed Filter
Our Horizontal Plate Closed Filter is used for filtration of small batches in pharma, chemical, edible oil and food industries. Closed filter uses materials such as SS304, Ss316, PP, PVDF and Hostelloy morel.
Cartridge Filter
Our Cartridge Filter has a housing that is made of SS, PP, Hastelloy, Monel, which is reusable or disposable.
Circular Vibro Screens
Our Circular Vibro Screens offers trouble free operation, no screen blinding, long life with self compensation screen tension and no transmitted vibration, which is used in industries such as grains, sugar, ceramic industries and pharmaceutical.
