Description: Submersible dewatering pumps are of vertical monoblock design, with pump at bottom and the motor on top. The electric motor is a sealed, wound like surface air cooled motor. The pump and motor are separated by a chamber which houses two back-to-back mechanical seals, which ensure that pump liquid does not enter into the motor. Discharge liquids flow through a passage between the pump outer casing and motor body casing thereby cooling both oil chamber and the motor. Thermal overload protections are embedded in motor winding for preventing motor from burning. Motor housing, pump casing and oil chamber are made of aluminium alloys, wearing parts like diffuser and upper plate are rubber lined and shaft and impeller are made of SS-304. These pumps are lightweight portable type and can handle clear, muddy or contaminated liquids with fine solids or sand without clogging. These pumps are ideal for dewatering of flood water, sudden break in water during underground excavation, for raw-river-water supply, sea water-pumping, shrimp farming, swimming pools, pumping dirty-polluted contaminated water in process, steel power station and other industries. The pumps are available in capacity up to 3600 LPM and head up to 40 m.
