Description: Various kinds of sensors are manufactured used in POY industries. Sensors are developed for critical application of POY industries like melt temperature sensor, zone temperature sensors and downtherm boiler temperature sensors. The sensors for melt temperature measurements are designed to work in severe conditions like 300 Bar pressure. RTD as well as J type thermocouple are available for this kind of application. Temperature sensors (generally RTD) are used in process house in various application like jet dying machine, stenter as well as boiler temperature measurement. RTD with simplex and duplex configuration are generally used for jet dying machine. They are designed to withstand high pressure and normally manufactured from bar stock. Various threads like ½ ″, _ ″, 3/8″ or ¼ ″ with insert length 4″ and 6″ are available. RTDs for stenter are designed to possess good mechanical strength and to withstand the temperature of 400°C.
