Description: Vibratory Bowl Feeder are manufactured by our company is used for conical washers. The conical washers have the tendency of coming out of the bunch and it is difficult to remove one out of the bunch. The washers used in SPM cannot determine the wrongly orientated pieces. The vibratory bowl feeder thus feeds the correctly oriented parts and also feeds them in a single row, thereby eliminating the chances of double feeding of the washers. A linear vibrator for further feeding of the washer to the assembly table, an auto-switch off mechanism, escapement to release only one component at one time and a table type stand along with (± 100 mm) height adjustment and levelling screws completes the vibratory feeding system.
