The high speed precision 3-post guider press, Model APL-45T, comes with the following standard accessories: a top stop, a manual slide adjusting device, a die height indicator, an inverter, a programmable logical controller, a touch pad that includes a preset counter & an angle indicator, an electrical encoder and 2 sets of obligate, an operation cabinet at the front of frame, an air outlet, a sticking release device and an adjustable main motor, a hydraulic die locking device, a mechanical crank angle indicator & a circulated lubrication system and a tool box. In addition, a user manual, a socket and a separate control cabinet are also provided. Optional accessories include: anti-vibration mounts, feeder, decoiler, material lubrication device, BDC detector, oil cooler and die room light. The high precision and quantity products with dynamically balance device, ensure press and mould running stability. The slide hydraulic locking system and die-stick release device enables easy operation and a plunger type connection rod provides precision and operation stability.
