The features include: high rigidity cast-iron frame that eliminates internal stress, ensures high precision in the long run, 3 post guides feature minimizing friction, provides compulsive lubrication and minimizes heat-deformation. It also includes dynamic balancing system that balances the shake of the crank & the slide, when the machine is under high speed work condition, ensures precision, manual mould height adjustment, used with mould height indicator & oil pressure lock device, facilitates adjustment and man-machine interface (electrical cam + rotary encoder) for easy operation.
